Xin Xin Famous Fried Oyster

Cheapest, if not 1 of the cheapest you can find in Singapore (they still sell $3 portion). Most of the time texture is crispy. I think they only operate during dinner.

This is so far the best I ever had!:) The price $3/$4/$5 cannot find elsewhere. Highly recommended to try!:)

One star for service. Like some of the reviews here, the boss does not seems interested in serving the customer. Store was left unattended. Thought the boss went to toilet. Stand and queue outside the stall with another customer behind. About 10 minutes, there was still no show. Until the egg delivery guy come and shout out to the boss, he was standing at another table facing the stall, talking to another customer happily, knowing the fact there is customer queueing infront of his stall... If you have no intention to sell, don't bother opening the shop man. But honestly, Oyster omelette is above average.
