It was my first time dining at ThongSmith, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Even though it's a franchise, the food exceeded my expectations. The quality was consistently good, the flavours were rich and satisfying, and you could tell that attention was paid to every bowl. The portion size was generous and well worth the price, leaving us feeling completely satisfied. I was also impressed by how efficiently the restaurant was run. Despite the crowd, everything flowed smoothly—from ordering to being seated. The staff were attentive, friendly, and quick to assist whenever needed. Another highlight was how fast the food arrived. We barely had to wait before our dishes were served piping hot and ready to enjoy. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience with great food, efficient service, and excellent operations. I can definitely see why ThongSmith is so popular, and I'll happily return the next time I'm craving a comforting bowl of Thai noodles.

Please forward this case to the manager and brand for immediate improvement! I don't want other customers to experience this kind of environment again. The restaurant shows a severe lack of attention to hygiene. They allowed customers at the next table to change their baby's diaper in the public dining area, making the air and environment inside the restaurant look dirty and unsanitary. Restaurants should be more stringent and attentive to cleanliness. I'd like to know what the management and manager think about this neglect of such an important issue.

Visited 3pm weekday afternoon so fortunately fif not have to queue and got seated promptly. However at this off peak hours still noticed the eatery still bustling with most tables occupied so expect some queue and wait time during main mealtimes/weekends. Ordered D7 (Australian waygu sliced beef noodles) 299baht & D8 (Australian waygu sliced beef with tendon 329baht, braised shanked and beefballs). We finished down to the last drop of broth in both bowls cos it were so savoury and flavourful! The sliced Australian waygu beef were also succulent yet soft to the bites. At this pricepoint and great broth and wuslity beef, definitely will recommend and worth re-visiting whenever shop at CentralWörld!

40 minutes in the queue. Worth every one of them. Thong Smith has been doing boat noodles the right way long enough that the queue isn't hype — it's track record. The dry beef noodles arrive loaded: tender beef slices, fish balls, crushed peanuts, fresh herbs, and a sauce that ties everything together without overwhelming. The beef is the real test here — and it delivers. Properly tender, no fight, no chew. The broth on the side is not an afterthought. Flavourful, clean, and deep enough to drink straight — which I did. The blue and white porcelain, the chopstick presentation, the dark moody interior — the place knows what it is and commits to it fully. Will I be back? Already planning it.

꧁ SEA LIFE SHOW LOVE SKON ° ° ° A highly recommended boat noodle dish - LIFE SHOW LOVE. I had it once during my last trip to Bangkok and was very impressed. So this time, as soon as I arrived in Bangkok, I came here to eat it. Even after lunchtime, there were still many people waiting for a table. We waited for more than 45 minutes. I ordered the Wagyu beef boat noodles. The portion of noodles wasn't large, but the Wagyu beef was very tender, and the broth was extremely rich. The rice noodles soaked up the broth perfectly, making it incredibly delicious. It's worth the wait, even if you have to queue.

Food was honestly insane. I got the Wagyu boat noodle and the pork boat noodle, and both were insanely good. One of the best boat noodles I've tried. I got the flat noodle, and the flat noodle was so chewy. The sauce was perfect. Everything just came together so well. It is the kind of food you can just gobble down in minutes because it's that good. If you are coming here, do install the QueQ app to get a queue number. If not, you have to wait for quite a while, but it was definitely worth the wait.

Tried their beef boat noodle number D10. It contains sliced beef, beef meatball, shanks and tendon. Everything is perfect for me. The meat was generous, and not overly cooked, just right. The meatball also nice, it was chewy and beefy. But for me the bomb was the soup itself. Rich and thick. Mix it with the chili flakes, and the flavor will be more complex. I also order their pork meatball. Also nice. Service quite fast, and the waitress understand basic english, which really helpful for tourist like me. Overall, 9,8/10 for me

Indo tourist in here! Found this famous restaurant since a lot of people reviewed this before. To be honest, it's kinda a bit like a tourist trap. Waiting only for the table will takes around 20-30 minutes alone depends on how many people in line even though not in the normal lunch/dinner time. The restaurant located in the centralworld mall. Most of the visitor were foreigner, few people are locals. Not very easy to spot on the resto in the mall because its located in the 3rd floor and not many clear sign without asking the the people/security. Food: for the taste itself is actually quite good but not in the level where willing to come back to here again. The noodle was quite unique. The rice noodle texture was wuite chewy and soft. Meat also well-cooked and easy to chew. Portion is a bit small for reguler adult. Price is quite normal for restaurant in the mall
