Had a fantastic meal here! ​Beef Stew Noodles: Absolutely delicious. The beef was tender, the broth was hearty and deeply flavorful, and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. ​Chicken Rice: The meat is incredibly tender and juicy, easily ranking it right at the top tier of chicken rice establishments. Paired with fragrant rice and a seriously addictive chili sauce that has just the right kick, it completely hits the spot. ​Prices are very reasonable for the quality and rich heritage background. A must-visit if you are along Balestier Road!

Wanted to try a little premium chicken rice than those in the hawker centres or highly recommended ones. Overall the food is good. May I ordered roasted chicken set so the meat is abit rough. Perhaps the white chicken will be better. But the portion, fragrance of the rice and chilli were good. But the rice abit on salty end for me. The soup was also at the salty end for me. The ambience is good very pleasant. The barely drink is homemade, is good not that sweet also. Taste like mama brewed. Definitely better than the tian tian chicken rice that was highly recommended. But it has GST charged. Maybe next time to try the white chicken to see if I could give more * to this shop.

Really delicious Hainanese chicken rice, roasted chicken and soy sauce chicken. The chicken was especially tender and moist, a texture I’ve never experienced while eating chicken before. The flavor was enticing with just the right hint of savoriness. Overall delicious first meal in Singapore and would recommend.

Really enjoyed the chicken rice here! The food was tasty and satisfying, and the customer service was friendly and attentive. The location is also very convenient, making it an easy spot to visit. Definitely worth coming back!

A well-known, long-established restaurant like this is unlikely to disappoint. The chicken rice was decent, the chicken leg was tender, and a unique feature was that they offered three dipping sauces. The char siu noodles were also good; the noodles were thin but firm, giving them a chewy texture. Worth a try. Add a 10% service charge and 9% GST.

Probably my favorite Chicken Rice. For 🇵🇭 they accept GCash and Credit Cards.

How can we not find this hidden gem before?? One of the best chicken rice we had so far. Fragrant rice, tender chicken (with no blood, hate it when served with bloody steam chicken), and they even have flexibility to change the vegetables from the set meal. Will definitely come again. Simple and comforting food with aircond.

Great food and ambience. Definitely where I would bring family or visitors from out of town for a good chicken rice meal.
