I had some expectations since it's a michelin bib gourment, went there there's not so much queue during near lunch time. I ordered the large one and complete versions. Tbh the speed of the service to cook is very long for my standard. So be prepared and pls come when you're not hungry. Noodles is quite al dente, the seasoning is okay but the lard oil is lacking for me so need some added seasoning with chillies and some soya sauce. The soup it self also little bit bland need ad soya sauce and some pepper it would do the magic and elevate the flavour much more better. The pork meatball is quite nice, dumplings okay-ish. Overall its okay , but i don't think i will returned... i think li xin dry fishball noodle is more flavourful...

I used to really like this BCM when I worked in this area 10+ years ago. I tried it again today and found that it's now a $7 (for small) bowl of disappointment. The noodles tasted only of vinegar, there was barely any chili taste. I had to bring my bowl back to ask for more chili and it barely made a difference. The accompanying soup was also so bland, very different from the umami soup of the past. The queue also moves verrrryyyy slowly because the guy cooking was so slow. The staff there are all friendly and nice though. It's a shame the BCM here is not as good as I remembered.

It usually has a long queue. There was only one person buying when I arrived, so I decided to give this a try as I have never tried this stall before. The noodles are quite nice, but the ingredients are too tough. The soup is nice too. Honestly, I don't think this is worth waiting in line for.

Chanced upon no-q 😱😱😱 as I visited super early. $7 for a small bowl. Portion is just right for me. Vinegar used is v flavourful! Love d al dente skinny noodles. Pig's liver is fresh n tender. Pleasantly-impressed. Will patronise again if there's no q again.

Honesty this is not the best BCM also not the worst . It’s just ave BCM Personal opinion can’t taste any chilli . The potion is ok but I think those $5/$6 at other places taste better . The person that serve take order look like I own him a lot of money haha . When order I greeted morning I want …he just turn away so something else . At the point of them Iam the only customer there . First time try won’t try again too many better BCM around .

For my palate this is not better than the Hill Street (Tai Hwa) BCM. But the service is better. They take care the queue much better. I choose dry meepok. Without chili.

delicious BCM! our first meal after landing in Singapore, made our way to Hong Lim Food Centre and decided to give this stall give it a go after reading the reviews. we queued for a good 30 mins despite only having less than 6-8 people ahead of us. we noticed the stall owner is making one bowl individually, hence the long waiting time. the queue system is great. the second person asked for our order, proceed to make payment via QR and showed it to him. the owners are really helpful and friendly. the dish was delicious. we ordered the $7 and $9 dried version with the thicker noodles. the noodles was fresh and springy, has a good bite and bounce to it while also enjoying the delicious sauce topped with pork lard. this stall is very generous with the toppings, albeit a little pricier than most places, it felt deserving of the price tag. the noodles has a good spice note to it (requested for spicy) and it was delicious. sliced pork tasted fresh, meatball was nice and springy, the wonton however lacked seasoning but just a minor issue really. overall, just be prepared to wait - it is worth your time.

Waited 40min for $6 dry meepok pork noodle. Do not mix noodle with soup. Pro Taste of noodles. But noodle is annoying they don't cut it so all the strand are soooo long. Pork ball very flavorful and none of the horny pig taste. Pork soup. If you like pork intestinal soup this will be right up your alley. Cons Long noodles Slice pork. Tough very bad meat. Wanton, lack taste. Harmony. If you read carefully most of 1 or 2 star reviews came from the wet version. They just don't work well together. Liver. Actually this is average. Price. Actually it is very little for $6. Not worth the wait. 40min I expect better.
