BRASEIRO SINGAPORE (JOO CHIAT)

This was DEADASS the best steak frites I had in 7 months 2 weeks 21 days and 1hour. Even their Escargot was so amazing, it had this pesto sauce with it I genuinely felt like ascending. The servers were so generous, we booked the wrong day but they still managed to fit us a seat at that exact time. Their deserts were honestly heavenly and their free flow fries were actual potatos and not the frozen versions in the supermarket. The servers were especially nice and energetic even tho they have probably been doing this since like 7 am. Honestly if you gonna come here, buy everything.

Their appetizers were delicious, featuring escargot served with bread and cheese. However, the escargot was drenched in pesto, which overwhelmed its natural flavor. The steak was a major disappointment, it was tough and chewy, as if it had been preserved for an extended period of time. Each steak comes with unlimited plain, unsalted fries, so you’ll need to season them yourself. Overall, if I were to dine here again, I’d only order the appetizers, the steaks are simply not worth it, at least to me.

What a pleasure to dine here! Where do I begin? The staff are helpful, polite and really do make an effort to make your experience pleasant. The food is great. Meat like the steak and salmon are cooked to perfection, neither too raw nor too cooked. Place has great mood ambience. From the background songs, the wall decor, lighting etc, elevating the dining experience truly. Definitely a great place to go with your date or spouse for dinner on a Saturday.

Staffs are very accommodating. Excellent quality of food, the place is clean and well ventilated.

Had lunch today first time. It’s a wonderful pleasant experience. Food was good.
