I sent my file to three different places, and this was the fourth place that finally agreed to print it exactly as I wanted. The staff were very thorough, and employee T edited the file quickly and professionally. I was very satisfied with the paper quality and colors. Since I placed the order on a weekend, I was given a delivery date of 2-3 days, which was a bit long, but the clear workflow made it acceptable. The packaging was also very careful.

The menu is beautifully printed. I searched many places for art paper, but only this place had it readily available. The quality and design are exactly as I requested. Giving it 5 stars because the sales assistant was lovely and provided enthusiastic advice >.<

I provided the print file, the quality is good, just need to print, but it's been 3 days and they still haven't shipped it. They don't answer my calls. They don't reply to my messages. They promised to send it in the afternoon, but I had to call them that evening and they still didn't reply.

Terrible business practices. They schedule appointments with clients for 2-3 days but then take over 10 days. They also have a bad attitude towards clients. Avoid them.

The workflow is convoluted; the file is one thing, the design is another, and the finished product is completely different. The resulting sign is unacceptably ugly.

The working process is complicated, it takes 3 days to return the file but it's full of mistakes. It wastes time and delays other people's work.
