Love this place! Agus Muliawan was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and took great care of us throughout our time there. His service was friendly, attentive, professional, and he always had a smile on his face. The drinks were excellent, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He truly helped make our experience at the beach club unforgettable. If you’re visiting, I highly recommend stopping by Agus Muliawan’s bar, you won’t be disappointed. He even gave us great recommendations for the rest of our trip. We are already planning our next trip and can’t wait to see him and his coworkers again. Thank you for making our time in Bali so special!

Came to Atlas just to play padel not for the beach club . Firstly, the system didn’t have record of our payment made on playtomic app so they wanted to charge us again. Luckily we had proof of payment. 2ndly, even though we were not going into the club but only there to play padel, they didn’t allow us to bring in our own water bottles so had to pay for Atlas water. No towels were provided either. 3rdly, the court surface is built on timber deck so it’s soft. You can feel the ground move when you run & soft ball bounces. It’s not run as a padel club. It’s basically a padel court within a beach club so don’t expect to get the service you would get from padel clubs such as BPA, Island, Jungle etc. Otherwise the staff at the padel court was very courteous, attentive (arranging balls on our court when we took a break) & if you play at 5pm you can stay to watch a beautiful Bali sunset

Atlas Beach Club was a much better experience for us than Finns. Even though entry is also free, it felt less crowded and more comfortable, making it easier to relax and enjoy the venue. The music was noticeably better, with a great mix that kept the energy up without feeling overwhelming. The atmosphere struck a nice balance between fun and laid-back, and we never felt packed in by the crowd. If you're choosing between the two, Atlas would be our pick for the better overall beach club experience in Bali.

Visited Atlas Beach Club and unfortunately had a disappointing experience at their Pavilion restaurant. While the food quality was genuinely good, the service was extremely poor. There seemed to be plenty of staff around, but no one was attentive or taking responsibility. Staff kept passing by without checking on tables. Our food was served without basic cutlery, and despite multiple requests, it took a long time for them to provide it. For a place of this standard, such service is unacceptable and really takes away from the overall experience. Definitely needs serious improvement in service management.

Great place to spend a day. Friendly service always smile on their face. The mojito was ok not the best. The food was of great quality. Very clean and great price for the sun bed. Recommended.

I give Atlas Beach Club in Bali 2 out of 5 stars. I’m someone who’s happy with just a little, but I still expected more. During the day, there wasn’t enough shade, and the loud music made it hard to talk. The beach was under construction, with machines passing often. The pool water wasn’t clear and had a strange smell. Everything—chairs, loungers, pools, stairs—felt old and not well cared for. The staff was very friendly, and the food was okay, but the price did not match what we got. I guess it might be better at night for parties, but in the daytime, it wasn’t good. The owner should improve the business model, because right now it doesn’t meet what tourists expect. Even though I don’t need much to be happy, I think many things need to change.

We had the opportunity of going to Atlas Beach Club as there is a partnership deal with the hotel where we were staying. Free entry, so that was good. This place is not designed for anyone with mobility issues there are stairs and lengthy walks. The staff should be more observant of guests needs and they only allowed us to enter via a staff walkway when I asked was there an alternative to the stairs for my wife after we had already walked some distance and had to go back again. Once we were up the stairs we were advised that there was a IDR2.7m fee for use of a day bed (think it included drinks & food). After a lot of discussion it was confirmed that we could stay in the grass area lounge beds shelter #08. This was very comfortable with a great view over the pools and daybeds area with access only to the front pool. Again more stairs so not possible for my wife to have a swim. The highlight of the day was meeting Tutdi a very pleasant young man with a helpful attitude. He took our food and drink orders and cared for us through the afternoon. The food and drinks were enjoyable and it was a relaxing afternoon. When it was time for us to leave Tutdi provided a plastic bag for my wet swimsuit and assisted my wife down the stairs. Well done Tutdi you were the highlight of the day.
